I invest seriously in my own further education and personal development, and I’d recommend it to you to do the same too, if you’re not already doing so.
I believe there is a significant difference between coaching and mentoring.
Coaching is where I’ll take you through a standard process with a clear goal in hand – from A to Z with great results.
Mentoring is where I use my experiences and resources to assist you with your dream and vision. Not only do I roll my sleeves up and really get involved, but I also share the assets and the secrets of my own success, to formidable results.
Please note I operate my own screening process, based upon our compatibility together and your particular levels of motivation.
If I am unable to commit to you at this time, I will always hope to be able to recommend you to someone else, through my connections with the membership of LivingBig Online and LivingBig Corporate.
So here’s what I can offer you and your Business:
Business Breakthrough Coaching ~ for self employed people, those just starting up a small business, or those looking to grow their business, I coach, teach and connect you with the right strategies, tools and other traders to go on to create an even better business. Please note, clients engaging with me must be committed to taking action and growing their business. No time wasters please.
Business Development Mentoring ~ I offer private one to one mentorship for those who want to learn all my strategies for personal achievement and life expansion. This is a service that requires my attention and time unlike anything else that I do. Therefore I expect my clients to take my mentorship very seriously. It’s absolutely results driven and I cannot stress how honoured I am to work with the folks that come to me. We make magic happen.
All of my Mentoring is done face to face, and supplemented with all forms of communication beginning with Skype, telephone, email, etc. Individual terms are agreed.
So here’s what I can offer you personally:
Life Coaching ~ helping those people looking for motivation, inspiration or aspiration. Allowing clients the chance to discover their destiny and release their potential. If any of you ever get the chance to spend too much time with me, you’ll notice I naturally am abundant in energy and blessed with the ability to influence people. Take this into the context of serving your higher purpose and I’ll able to help you become the best you possible – if you let me.
Sober Coaching ~ helping others manage and control their drinking and drug using (or other addiction), with a target of abstinence. Please note these methods rarely work for real alcoholics or addicts, but bring about a profound change for those with a drinking or drugging problem that can be managed at home without the requirement for a detox (the usual benchmark). In the cases of a genuine alcoholic or someone with addictive disease, the only place I can put my name to will be an inpatient detoxification and residential rehabilitation. Please go to Sober Services for assistance with this. Please note, Sober Services do also offer Home Detox and Rehab at Home for those seeking a higher level of discretion, comfort and convenience.
Much of my coaching is done vie skype. Alternatively I meet with clients face to face either in London or elsewhere at their request. I offer telephone and email support between sessions. Individual terms are agreed.

I have my own Sponsor to help me with my programme of recovery, and I have my own Mentor to help me with my direction and purpose in life. I also surround myself with Coaches and constantly run my ideas by them. It’s really rather useful having other people that I trust to run things by.
It’s clear to me that my life has continued to expand and fulfil me even further ever since I begun seeking guidance and support. I find that the more help I accept from others, the better I am at achieving my own goals and then passing on my experiences to iothers. It’s a beautiful circle of growth to be a part of.

Here’s what my friend Bobby Gill has to say:
Coaching: is about improving leadership and management performance; it is about using the inherent wisdom and knowledge the coachee has to find their own solutions.
It is about helping people discover, from their background, from their experience, from their own knowledge, their own way forward.
Coaching: is a little bit like having the professional equivalent of a fitness trainer – a specialist dedicated to working with you on specific goals and objectives you would like to achieve for whatever reasons.
Mentors: on the other hand, are more likely to have followed a career path similar to the one on which you are embarking. They are, therefore, charged with passing on their knowledge and expertise.
Guiding: the process of directing an individual along the path leading from present state to a desired state
Coaching: helping another person to improve awareness, to set and achieve goals in order to improve a particular behavioural performance
Teaching: helping an individual develop cognitive skills and capabilities
Mentoring: helping to shape an individual’s beliefs and values in a positive way; often a longer term career relationship from someone who has ‘done it before’
Counselling: helping an individual to improve performance by resolving situations from the past.
A Coach: Listens. Asks questions. Generalist, doesn’t necessarily know all about the specific business. Does not judge business or motives. Helps entrepreneur understand the “Why” behind business plans.
An Advisor/Mentor: Gives advice. Makes suggestions. Specialises in working with a specific type of business. Gives ‘opinions’ about business plans. Helps entrepreneur know “What” to do.
The coach works with clients to achieve speedy, increased and sustained effectiveness in their lives and careers through focused learning. The coach’s sole aim is to work with the client to achieve all of the client’s potential – as defined by the client.
Mentors bring a broad experience of work to the mentoring relationship and perform a number of other tasks: challenging the mentee to look at opportunities as well as problems sharing know-how at a strategic level assisting the mentee in identifying realistic career goals and planning how to achieve them.
The term mentor derives from the Greek mythology – before setting off on his epic journey, Ulysses entrusted his young son Telemachus to the care and direction of his trusted friend Mentor. Since then the name has been given to approved individuals who are willing to share their knowledge and networks with a less experienced person in a relationship of mutual trust.
